Butter Swim Biscuits


Ingredients :


2 half cups all-motive flour


2 cups buttermilk


1 stick butter


Four tsp baking powder


4 tsp sugar


2 tsp salt


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 450 ranges. 

Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. 


Subsequent, add the buttermilk and mix all of the ingredients together till a moist dough is fashioned.

Melt the butter in a microwave secure bowl, and then pour it into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish (make certain that your pan isn't always too small or shallow in order that the butter would not drip out of the pan while it's baking).


Area the dough proper on top of the melted butter and use a spatula to spread it calmly across the pan till it touches the edges.


Cut the unbaked dough (it must be swimming in butter at this point) into 9 evenish squares. 


Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown on pinnacle. 


Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Those biscuits are the proper associate to any meal. I choose to consume them with raspberry jam.
