T-Bone steak potatoes and sautéed spinach with garlic



500 g spinach

1 onion

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 teaspoon chopped ginger

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon robertsons vegetable seasoning

sweet potato chips

250 cup canola oil

2 whole sweet potatoes(peeled and cut into strips)

to taste Salt and pepper


150 g T bone STEAK

1 teaspoon robertson's steak and chops seasoning

1 tablespoon cooking oil

Spur bbq sauce(enough for basting your steak)


Spinach Recipe: Heat your pan. Add your oil and fry your onions until slightly cooked. Add your spinach and garlic and ginger and fry until cooked and season with vegetable seasoning. Then serve.

For the sweet potato chips: Heat your pan and add your oil. Wait for your cooking oil to be come hot enough,then add your sweet potato and fry until golden brown and season.

For the steak: Heat your pan and fry your steak(medium to well done) and baste with bbq sauce once it's done frying.
